What's an event?
The great deals you find at Zoranda are limited-time offers and limited stock offers. Every deal will complete the stipulated time period it has been set for, however, in cases where the stock participating in the deal is sold out earlier then the deal is not visible anymore.
New offers launch are set every day and most last 72 hours. Some of our events feature items from single brands; others combine brands into themed collections.
When do events start?
New events begin every day at 6am PST. Think of them as a treat to go with your morning coffee or tea.
How long do events last?
Most events last 72 hours—then they move along to make room for something new! Occasionally events will be extended.
How do I know what events are coming up?
Check out the Upcoming Events list on the homepage. If you click on an event name, you'll learn more about that event. We'll also email you to let you know when your favorite brands are coming up. Don’t forget to subscribe to our email list to stay updated.
How do I know if one of my favorite brands is coming back?
Not just yet. We're always adding new features though. Whenever possible, we’ll email you. We'll send you a message when one of your favorites is coming up. You can also keep an eye on the Upcoming Events list.

Nope! We're an online-only boutique.

Why is my order still "processing"?
We search far and wide to find great deals! Getting the goods we find into your hands requires a few steps. When you order, the brand ships your item to us first, so we can inspect the quality. We also gather all your items into one package to keep the shipping & handling cost low. That's one way we're able to offer such great deals!
A product I want is sold out. Can I still get it?
If a sales event has ended or an item is sold out, then we may run a sales event for that item in the future. However, this feature is not added and its not feasible for us to arrange one item and sell it to you when its sold out. Till we add a notification feature on this soon, the best way forward is to utilize the sales event in the timely fashion as you can.
Can I search for the item I want?
Yes! We have a search box on our site. Search terms like "funky t shirt" or "floral dress" and we will show you all those items currently available on the site.
I can't find a product I saw last week. Where'd it go?
Products on Zoranda are usually available for 72 hours. If it’s not shown in your user-front then it is sold out in a sales event. However, please note that the same product may be available on Zoranda in retail section. Please visit the subject category and sub category or search the item in the search bar. The price may not be the same as it was on the sales event, since the sales event has ended.
What is ‘Wallet Addition’? I purchased an item and paid fully. But there is a balance shown in my account as ‘Wallet Addition’?
Zoranda is one and probably the only fast fashion retailer that works on collective buying bargain and benefit-provision model. This means that when we present an item in a sales event or in retail, we negotiate with the brands and makers on two levels. One is the price and the other is a collective discount. Price is obvious as we pass on that discount to you. Whereas, in collective discount, we ask the participating brands to commit on a further discount at different sales volumes. If total number of sales exceed a set number, then a further discounted price would apply, if the sales figures cross a further touch point then even more discount is applied. You may have bought the product from Zoranda at a set price, the further discount we negotiate, we add that into your Zoranda account as ‘Wallet Addition’. This is the amount you can spend on Zoranda for future purchases.
What size should I order?
Because we sell products from many different brands, sizing varies. You can click the link to the size chart on the product and event pages. We display vendor sizing whenever possible. If the vendor does not supply a chart, please feel free to contact our Customer Care Specialists.

We post a link to it on the event page and alongside the product information within the images section.
How long will it take to get my order?
Our process is a little different from how most online stores work. We make bulk orders when each of our events ends—that's one of the ways we're able to offer such great deals on so many unique fashion products every day. Next, the brand sends your goodies to us and we ship them to you. Take a look at the product description pages for specific details about each item. The shipping & handling time frame depends on what items you order and to which countries you are having them shipped. Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number and you can always check your order's status under My Orders.

How do I know if I've been charged for my order?
Credit and debit cards
As soon as your order is placed, we authorize the card for the full order value to confirm that funds are available. We capture the funds (charge your card) once your items are in transit, but no later than the fifth day after card authorization. Authorization does not charge your card.
Funds are captured from your PayPal account as soon as you place an order. Your entire order is charged at that time. If we are unable to fulfill any part of your order, you will be refunded directly to your PayPal account.
In some cases, your card is charged immediately after the funds are authorized. This happens when your order contains the purchase of a gift card or a voucher, is being paid for using a pre-paid card or is being shipped directly from the product's vendor instead of from Zoranda's warehouse. If any part of your order is not fulfilled, you will receive a refund.

Yes! If your order has not yet shipped, you can change the shipping address in the My Orders section of My Account.
- If you change a shipping address on an order that has subsequent free shipping & handling orders associated with the original order, the shipping address must change for all subsequent orders.
- If original shipping address was to contiguous 48 states, the new address must also go to the contiguous 48 states.
- If original shipping address was outside the contiguous 48 states but still inside US, the new address must be the same state.
- International orders are not eligible for shipping address modification.
- If original shipping address is to a non-tax-applicable state, the new shipping address must also go to a non-tax-applicable state.
- If original shipping address is to a tax-applicable state, the new shipping address must go to the same tax-applicable state.

Where do you get the strike-through prices that are listed on your products?
Unless otherwise noted, the strike-through price displayed for products on our Web site is based on the suggested retail price for the product provided to Zoranda by our vendor. The strike-through price is not a price at which Zoranda previously sold the product. Because we sell our products over the Internet internationally, the strike-through price may or may not represent the prevailing price at any particular time or in every location, and we make no promises about the reliability or accuracy of any such information. Nothing can replace your own comparison-shopping, and notwithstanding the strike-through price information provided, if this is an important factor for you in your purchasing decision, we recommend you conduct your own individual research as well.
We always strive to provide you with the best prices on the items we sell, but we encourage you to do your own comparison-shopping as well. For items that we offer as a set, the strike-through price is based on the total of all the suggested retail prices for each item in the set. For clothing items that are priced higher for larger sizes, we average the prices across sizes to determine the strike-through price. While pricing is not an exact science, our buying team has years of retail experience and partners with our vendors to determine whether an item is comparable based on the type and quality of the material, and the construction of the item. Ultimately, our “compare at” price is an estimate of the original retail price of comparable items.

What delivery methods does Zoranda use?
Most Zoranda orders are sent via USPS, FedEx or UPS. For very large items that require special handling, we sometimes partner with Home Direct USA. Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and Ireland and other international orders are shipped via DHL and by our partner logistics and postal partners depending on the location of our warehouse and the vendors we work with. We regularly revise the reevaluate our postal partners to deliver the items to you in less cost and less time.

What are Zoranda's shipping & handling fees?
Currently Zoranda does not charge for shipping the orders to any country, till the offer lasts on December 31, 2016 11:59 PST. We may revise the free shipping option as and when needed. The product detail pages contain the information about shipping charges (currently none) and are updated on daily basis.
Will my entire order be shipped in one package?
Usually, yes, your entire order will ship in one package. However, your order might include items that originate from different locations. When that’s the case, multiple packages may be shipped to you to fulfill the order.
How do I track my shipment?

Do you have local pick-up in USA or Canada?
No, we don't. We are an online e-commerce company and by not running the store and pick-up locations, we reduce our operations cost and ultimately pass on those savings to you.
Can I return items on Zoranda?
At Zoranda, we’re committed to you, our customers. We’re able to offer such amazing discounts because we don’t house inventory after our sales end. However, we do have Hassle-Free return policy. If you're not satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it and we'll apply a credit to your ZORANDA account for the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges. Credit will be applied once the item has been received and accepted by our Order Processing Center.
